Fistral Watch is a second-floor apartment on Esplanade Road in Newquay, 300 metres from Fistral Beach. The building has lift access via 8 steps, and the apartment runs on gas underfloor heating throughout - a practical feature for off-season stays.

Two bedrooms make up the sleeping space: a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower and heated towel rail, and a twin. The main bathroom has a bath, shower over, and heated towel rail. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen fitted with an induction hob, wine fridge, and washer/dryer. A balcony with bistro table and chairs overlooks the surrounding area.

Outside, an outdoor surf shower lets guests rinse off sand and salt before heading in. Off-road parking is included. Fistral Beach is 300 metres from the front door, with Towan Beach 1.3km east and Crantock Beach 1.5km south across the Gannel estuary.

The apartment sits on the Pentire side of Newquay, within walking distance of the coast path and Fistral's surf schools, cafes, and beach bars. No children under 5 are permitted, and the property does not accept stag or hen parties. Changeover day is Friday.
