Head out for dreamy walks along the spectacular coastal paths, hop over to Rock (3 miles) for sailing, or take the ferry from there to Padstow (4 miles on foot/ferry; 16 miles).

Step inside to find a welcoming space designed for laid-back coastal living, beginning with the first floor where the first bedroom offers a super-king zip-and-link bed, sea views and plenty of storage. This level also features a handy utility room plus a family bathroom with a shower over bath, a separate WC and a cloakroom for boots and coats. Head upstairs to the light-filled top-floor living area, where huge windows and a balcony frame truly showstopping Atlantic views. Here, you can throw open the doors for ocean breezes, watch something on the Smart TV or dive into table football battles. A flight of stairs leads down to the kitchen and dining space – fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, plus a breakfast bar. The lower floor also houses a bedroom with twin beds (convertible to a super-king-size) and sea views, plus a second super-king-size (convertible to a twin) with sea views and its own en-suite with a rainfall shower.

It’s a pleasure to relax on the sun deck, which has dining furniture, a charcoal BBQ, a wetsuit hanging area, and a heated outdoor shower. There’s also parking for four cars. For easy access, steps lead to the decking from both sides of the property, plus there’s access from the dining room via sliding doors and a small step.
