Bolenowe

Bolenowe is a three-bedroom, dog-friendly cottage in the Trebetherick area near Polzeath on North Cornwall's coast. It sleeps six guests and sits 700 metres from Greenaway Beach, a quiet sandy cove with rock pools rich in marine life.

The ground floor has two twin bedrooms, a shower room, a children's sitting room, and a utility area. Upstairs, a king-size double with en-suite shower serves as the main bedroom. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a coal-effect fire. The property runs on renewable electricity and is certified carbon neutral. A dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, two Smart TVs, and WiFi are all included.

A secure outside play area sits within the garden, which has a lawn, patio, and charcoal BBQ. Off-road parking accommodates two cars. Two dogs are welcome, with additional dogs available on request.

Daymer Bay - a sheltered estuary beach with calm, shallow water - is 900 metres away, and Polzeath Beach is 0.6 miles. Several surf schools operate from Polzeath between Easter and October. The South West Coast Path passes close by, connecting to Pentire Point and the Camel Estuary. Rock and the water taxi to Padstow are about 2 miles south. Shops, pubs, and restaurants in Polzeath village are a 10-minute walk.
