Bryher is a three-bedroom cottage in Trebetherick, on the north Cornwall coast between Polzeath and Daymer Bay. Its position on Francis Lane puts it 600 metres from Greenaway Beach and 800 metres from Polzeath's main surf beach - two of the area's best-known stretches of sand.

Inside, a first-floor double bedroom has its own Smart TV, while two ground-floor twins (one zip-link, convertible to super-king on request) share the lower level. A bathroom upstairs has a bath with power shower over, and a second shower room sits on the ground floor. The open-plan living area features a wood-burning stove, bi-fold doors to the patio, and a kitchen equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.

The enclosed, south-facing rear patio has dining furniture and reclining seats. A second, open patio area sits at the front. Off-road parking fits two cars. Guests also have access to a gym, yoga studio, and tennis courts nearby (charges apply on-site).

Greenaway Beach, 600 metres south, is a quiet cove with rock pools and good snorkelling. Polzeath Beach, 800 metres west, has surf schools, RNLI lifeguards in season, and board hire. The village shop is a 5-minute walk, and Rock - with its water taxi to Padstow - is 2 miles down the coast road.

Best for two families or a group of six wanting to walk to two beaches within 800 metres. Less good for dog owners - dog-friendly status isn't listed here, so check with the agent before booking with a pet.
