Beaches is a contemporary three-bedroom house in the village of Polzeath, 800m from Polzeath Beach on Cornwall's north coast. The property sleeps six and has ground-floor accessibility via a walk-in shower room.

The super-king bedroom has an en-suite bath with handheld shower. A double and a twin bedroom share a separate bathroom upstairs. The first-floor open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining, and sitting areas, with a ground-floor utility room and a dedicated games room for wet-weather days. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.

Off-road parking for three cars and a garden with lawn, patio, and furniture provide outdoor space. Central heating, WiFi, and a TV with DVD player are included.

Polzeath Beach is a 10-minute walk away - a wide sandy surf beach with RNLI lifeguards from May to September and several surf schools operating between Easter and October. Greenaway Beach, a quieter cove with rich rock pools, is 900m south. Daymer Bay is 1.2km further along the coast. The village itself has a surf shop, deli, cafes, and the Oyster Catcher bar. Rock is 2 miles south, with the water taxi to Padstow running from its slipway.
