Beaches is a three-bedroom house in Polzeath village, 800m from Polzeath Beach on Cornwall's north coast. It sleeps six across three bathrooms and has a ground-floor walk-in shower room for step-free access.

The super-king bedroom has an en-suite with bath and handheld shower. A double and a twin share a second bathroom upstairs. The first-floor open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area keeps the group together; a ground-floor games room handles wet afternoons. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. Polzeath Beach is a 10-minute walk - a wide surf beach with RNLI lifeguards from May to September and several surf schools running between Easter and October. Greenaway Beach, quieter and good for rock pools, is 900m south. Daymer Bay is 1.2km further. The village has a surf shop, deli, cafes, and the Oyster Catcher bar. Rock is 2 miles south, with the water taxi to Padstow departing from the slipway.

Best for families or groups of six after a surf-focused north Cornwall base with plenty of outdoor space and practical parking. Less suitable for anyone who needs beach-level accommodation - the village sits above the shore.
