Headland View is a second-floor apartment on Atlantic Road in Newquay, 600m from Fistral Beach. An external surfboard rack for wetsuits makes it well suited to surfers heading straight from the waves.

The apartment has two bedrooms - a double with en-suite walk-in shower and heated towel rail, and a twin. The bathroom has a freestanding roll-top bath, separate walk-in shower, and heated towel rail. An open-plan living and dining area opens onto two balconies. The kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.

Roadside parking is available on a first-come basis, with a public car park close by. Fistral Beach is the nearest at 600m, with Towan Beach 800m away and Great Western Beach 1.2km to the southeast.

Newquay is Cornwall's surf capital, with 11 beaches spread along the north coast. Fistral draws international competitions each year, while Towan Beach - with its famous island house on a suspension bridge - is the main town beach. The harbour area has pubs, restaurants, and independent shops, all within a short walk from the apartment.
