Honey Bus

Honey Bee Bus is a converted single-decker bus in Menheniot, laid out as one studio-style space for up to four guests. It holds a double bed, a bunk bed, a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

The garden has decking, a gravelled area, furniture and a bar area, with a hot tub and a pool. All of it is shared with guests staying at Honey Bee Cottage, so those guests use them too. There are steps up to the pool and steps up to the bus itself, both flagged as needing care, and the owner lives on site. Off-road parking is available.

A shop and pub are 0.8 miles away and a lake is 0.7 miles away. Liskeard is 3 miles from the village. The bus can also be booked together with the neighbouring cottage, which brings the combined capacity to 11 guests. Smoking is not allowed, pets are not accepted and a good housekeeping bond applies.

It suits a couple or a small family happy with a bunk bed and a single shower room. It is less good for anyone hoping for a hot tub and pool to themselves, since both are shared, and the steps up to the bus and the pool need care.
