Jazmine

Jazmine is a detached single-storey home in the coastal village of Seaton, with a private driveway for two cars. The beach is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.3 miles and the river 0.1 miles, so most outings start on foot.

The sitting room has a gas fire and a smart TV, and it opens into a kitchen/diner. The kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. WiFi is included, oil central heating runs the house, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are covered by the rent.

All three bedrooms open off the main hallway: a king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a double, and a bunk room. A separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC serves the rest. The home sleeps six. A travel cot and highchair are available.

Glazed sliding doors lead from the house to an enclosed rear garden with a lawn and furniture. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not permitted. The minimum stay is 3 nights, and the property cannot take back-to-back bookings, so a day is left between guests. Downderry is 1 mile away, Looe 7.3 miles and Polperro 12 miles.

The bungalow suits a family or a group of friends, with the bunk room for children and an enclosed garden for a dog. It is less good for a one-night stopover, given the three-night minimum.
