Little Fistral is a second-floor apartment in Fistral House on Esplanade Road, Newquay, 300 metres from Fistral Beach. The building has lift access - reached via 8 steps - and the apartment has level entry once inside, making it accessible for many guests.

Two bedrooms occupy the apartment: a king-size double with en-suite drench shower, and a twin room. The main bathroom has a bath with drench shower over. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining, and sitting areas, opening onto a furnished balcony. Underfloor heating runs throughout. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. A Sonos WiFi music system is installed in every room. Sky TV and WiFi are included.

Off-road parking is provided for one car. An outside surf shower allows rinsing down after sessions on the beach. No children under 5 are permitted due to the second-floor balcony. No pets are allowed, and barbecues are not permitted at the property.

Fistral Beach - the UK's premier surf competition venue with consistent Atlantic swells, surf hire, showers, and cafes - is a 5-minute walk. Towan Beach, Newquay's town beach with its famous island house and suspension bridge, is 1.3km away. Crantock Beach, a dune-backed sandy beach at the Gannel estuary, sits 1.5km distant. Shops and pubs are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment.
