Roseneath

Roseneath is a four-bedroom cottage in St Agnes, sleeping eight with two bathrooms. The layout runs across two floors: a double bedroom, shower room, and utility room on the ground floor; a king, double, and bunk room upstairs sharing the family bathroom. Dogs are welcome, and the courtyard garden has a BBQ.

Inside, the cottage has an inglenook fireplace, wood burner, and open fire - three distinct heat sources that make it viable outside peak summer. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine and parking are all included, and the cottage sleeps eight across four bedrooms.

Trevaunance Cove is 0.7 miles away - a sheltered cove with a café and surf hire that operates year-round. Trevellas Cove is 0.9 miles in the other direction along the South West Coast Path. The coast path from St Agnes to Wheal Coates engine house (a National Trust site) is walkable directly from the village in under 30 minutes. Perranporth Beach is 3.2 miles south for a longer, more exposed surf beach.

Best for groups of up to eight - families combining younger children and adults - who want a proper cottage base for coast path walking. Less good for guests relying on public transport: St Agnes has no train station, and buses are infrequent.
