Rosevean House

Rosevean House is a six-bedroom detached house in St Agnes, sleeping 12 across three floors. The village sits within the Cornish Mining Landscape UNESCO World Heritage Site - the engine houses still stand on the cliffs above town. Three of the six double bedrooms are en suite, and two further shower rooms serve the remaining bedrooms. That ratio - 3 en suites, 2 shared bathrooms for a 12-person house - is worth noting when allocating rooms to groups with mixed needs.

The ground floor opens into a large garden with two separate terraces and a BBQ area, sized appropriately for a group of 12. A wood burner in the sitting room handles cool evenings.

Trevaunance Cove is 0.7 miles on foot - a sheltered north-coast beach used by surfers and swimmers year-round, with a seasonal surf school operating from the sand. Trevellas Cove is 0.9 miles in the other direction, quieter and rockier. Perranporth Beach - roughly 3 miles of Atlantic sand - is 3.3 miles away. St Agnes village has a deli, a good pub, and a hardware shop, practical for a large group stocking up at the start of the week.

Best for large families or multi-generational groups who want village life with beaches on foot. It also suits groups who want to share a generous space across three floors. Less good for those with dogs, as the property is not dog-friendly.
