Further afield, discover incredible days out along the coastline, such as the Trevose Heritage Coast (12 miles) with its seven pristine beaches, and the vibrant town of Padstow (19 miles), a beloved foodie destination. From here, follow the Camel Trail, an 18-mile former railway route that winds through beautiful woodlands and quiet country lanes in the scenic Cornish countryside.

Step inside to discover the lounge, a restful space with an L-shaped sofa accommodating four for an evening of relaxation. Put your feet up, switch on the Smart TV, and settle in for the night. Next door, the kitchen/diner is a spacious, multi-functional room designed for meal prep and relaxed dinners, with French door access to the garden. When it’s time for bed, head upstairs to the first floor, where you’ll find two bedrooms – one king-size and one twin – along with a family bathroom featuring a shower over the bath, ideal for a post-surf soak.

At the rear of the property, a sunny lawn and patio provide plenty of space to unwind when the sun shines. The enclosed garden is safe and secure for ball games, with outdoor furniture ready for al fresco mealtimes. Private parking for one car is available on the driveway.
