Lounge area: Open plan lounge & dining room with 2 x sofas, smart TV, log burner fire, dining table to seat 6 and patio doors leading to large, partially decked garden. Kitchen area: Electric cooker, electric induction hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. WC: On ground floor. 1 flight of stairs leading to all rooms. Bedroom 1: 4ft 6in double bed. Bedroom 2: 4ft 6in double bed. Bedroom 3: 2 x 3ft single beds can also be made into a double on request. Family bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin and WC. Large, partially decked garden with extensive sea views, outdoor seating and sun loungers. The front garden is not gated and there is a small pond in the rear garden.
