Little Pennycrocker

Little Pennycrocker is a one-bedroom barn conversion for two above Boscastle, the north coast harbour village rebuilt after the 2004 flood. The barn is set within 60 acres of countryside and keeps original features alongside an electric wood burner-effect fire, giving it a clear rural identity.

The super-king-size bedroom and single bathroom suit a couple. An electric wood burner-effect fire heats the living space, and a garden with parking and WiFi covers the rest of the property's amenities. A washing machine supports longer stays, and dogs are not accepted. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, a fridge with an ice box and a microwave. The shower room is wet-room style, and the washing machine and tumble dryer are in a shared utility room.

Crackington Haven Beach is 2.9 miles away, Bossiney Cove Beach 4.1 miles and Millook Beach 6 miles. The South West Coast Path runs close by, and Boscastle's National Trust harbour walk, the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic, and the cliff path north to Tintagel, 5 miles away, are all within easy reach. Bodmin Moor, Bude and Port Isaac make further driving days out. Minster is the nearest town.

**Best for:** A couple wanting an electric wood burner-effect fire, an original barn conversion and driving access to Boscastle harbour, Tintagel and the north coast.

**Less good for:** Dog owners, or guests needing verified step-free access.
