Walk Scilly Festival returns from Thursday 8 to Saturday 17 April 2027. Visit Isles of Scilly has published the ten-day date range; the detailed route programme and booking arrangements follow closer to the festival.
Local guides lead walks that cover the islands’ wildlife, archaeology, history and landscape, taking in all five inhabited islands and, tides and boats allowing, some of the uninhabited ones too. Evenings bring a street food pop-up, a sauna and local beer and cider alongside the walking programme.

Dates: Thursday 8 to Saturday 17 April 2027.
Venue: Routes across the Isles of Scilly. Each walk has its own meeting point, island, duration and terrain, published with the full 2027 programme.
Admission: Not yet confirmed for 2027. Visit Isles of Scilly says the 2027 programme of events is still to be confirmed.
Travel: Many routes depend on inter-island boats. Check the meeting island before booking accommodation, and build in slack for weather-related changes to crossings. A walk on an uninhabited island uses the transport arranged by the organiser rather than an independent boat trip.
Preparation: Footwear, distance, age guidance and dog policies vary between walks, so check the individual walk listing once the 2027 programme is published.
