The king-size bedroom and twin bedroom are spread across two floors, and a wood burner in the living room keeps things warm during off-season visits. A rear courtyard garden provides a sheltered outdoor space for meals and drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, so longer stays are practical.

Readymoney Cove's sandy beach is 0.8 miles on foot through the town's narrow streets - a walkable distance for families with younger children. Lantic Bay, a quieter cove accessed via the South West Coast Path, is 1.4 miles. The harbour's waterfront, independent shops, and cafes are all within two minutes on foot. Bodinnick ferry, which connects Fowey to the eastern bank of the river and continues to Polruan, is a short walk away.

Well suited to couples or pairs of friends who want a central harbour-town base with the waterfront, pubs, and independent shops within two minutes on foot. Less good for guests expecting rural quiet or a private garden with space for children - North Street sits in the active centre of Fowey, and the rear courtyard is compact. One dog accepted.
