This four-bedroom house is at Atlantic Reach, near Fraddon, and Trebudannon is close by. It sleeps eight. The ground floor has a double bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower, while upstairs there are a king with its own en-suite walk-in shower, a double and a twin.

The open-plan living space brings the kitchen, dining area and sitting area into one room, with a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A family bathroom has a corner bath and a separate walk-in shower. Electric central heating and WiFi are included, along with bed linen, towels, fuel and power. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available on-site.

Off-road parking takes two cars, with roadside parking for two more, and there is a patio. The pub is 0.1 miles away, the shop 0.8 miles and a lake 1.3 miles.

No pets and no smoking. Newquay, with Fistral Beach, the Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo, is a short journey away, and the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within reach near St Austell. The house suits two families or a group of friends, and the mix of a ground-floor double with a twin and a double upstairs works for a party of mixed ages.
