67 Manor Villas

67 Manor Villas is a two-bedroom house within Atlantic Reach, a holiday village in the grounds of a 16th century manor estate. It lies near Trebudannon, and Newquay is 6 miles away. The property is best for a family of four who want a park with its own leisure facilities: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a mini golf course, a children's playground, an arcade, a restaurant and a bar are all on site.

Some of those facilities require a guest pass to be purchased, so check which ones you want before you arrive. Parking is in a shared parking area.

Downstairs is an open-plan room combining the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The double looks toward the playground and outdoor pool, and the twin looks over fields. A cot and highchair are available.

The front garden has a lawn, patio and furniture, and is not enclosed. One well-behaved pet is welcome but not upstairs, and you should say when booking that you are bringing a dog so preparations can be made. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and the house is non-smoking.

A shop is 0.7 miles away and a pub 0.3 miles. The bedrooms are both upstairs and the dog may not go up there, so the house suits a family of four or two couples travelling with one dog, and is less good for anyone who cannot manage a staircase.
