Apple Tree Bungalow

Apple Tree Bungalow is a single-storey cottage on Lanner Hill, a former mining village in central Cornwall within the UNESCO World Heritage mining landscape. All rooms are on one level, making it a practical option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

The bungalow has two bedrooms - one king-size and one twin (convertible to king-size on request) - plus a bathroom with bath and shower. The open-plan living and dining room connects to a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Wi-Fi is included throughout.

Three off-road parking spaces sit alongside an enclosed courtyard with outdoor furniture. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The village shop and pub are both within 150 metres, and the Great Flat Lode Trail - one of Cornwall's best mining heritage walks - passes close to Lanner.

Portreath Beach, a sandy north coast surf beach with summer lifeguards, is 8.1km away. Trevaunance Cove at St Agnes, known for its exposed mine workings on the cliffs and year-round dog access, is 11.6km north. Redruth provides the nearest full range of shops, while Falmouth's harbour and five beaches are roughly 13km south.
