Barn Cottage is a 4-bedroom mid-terrace property at Kenegie Manor in Gulval, near Penzance. Spread across three floors, it sleeps up to 10, with on-site access to an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and sauna.

The ground floor has a twin bedroom. The first floor holds another twin and a double with en-suite walk-in shower, plus the main open-plan living area with kitchen, dining, and sitting space. A 43-inch Smart TV is in the lounge. The second-floor loft room has a double and 2 single beds with a second en-suite shower. A family bathroom with a roll-top bath and walk-in shower completes the layout. Note that second-floor ceilings are sloped.

A rear garden has a shared lawn and a private patio with furniture and barbecue. Parking for 2 cars. On-site leisure facilities are managed by Kenegie Manor, with weekly passes purchased on arrival - the pool and bar operate between February and October. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor.

Eastern Green Beach - a calm, family-friendly sand beach with views across Mount's Bay - is 1.4 km away. Long Rock Beach is 2.1 km east. Penzance town centre, with the Jubilee Pool lido and ferry terminal for the Isles of Scilly, is about a mile south.
