Marazion sits on Mount's Bay, 3 miles east of Penzance. The Jubilee Pool lido - the UK's largest seawater pool at 300 feet long, with a geothermal pool kept at 28 to 30 degrees - is in Penzance. The Scillonian III ferry to the Isles of Scilly departs from Penzance harbour. Mousehole is 4 miles south-west, and the GWR Night Riviera sleeper connects Penzance to London Paddington.

Best for a group of eight who want a hot tub and an easy walk into Marazion's shops and beach. Less suited to guests travelling with a dog, since dogs are not accepted, or groups wanting more than one shared bathroom for the four upstairs bedrooms.
