Mill House Barn

Mill House Barn is a three-bedroom barn conversion at Kenegie Manor in Gulval, sleeping eight guests across two bathrooms. Set over three storeys, it is a larger conversion on the estate, with access to the on-site hot tub, pool and sauna at Kenegie Manor setting it apart from the smaller cottages nearby.

Parking and a private rear terrace are included. The hot tub, indoor swimming pool and sauna are shared on-site facilities: weekly leisure passes can be bought on arrival for a nominal fee, and the pool runs on a booking system. They close at the end of October half term and reopen before February half term. Barbecues are temporarily banned. Free WiFi is available in the main building on the site but not in the property itself. Laundry facilities are among the on-site facilities. The first-floor kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer, and the living and dining room has a balcony and a Smart TV. Bed linen and towels are included, and the minimum stay is 3 nights. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and should be kept to the ground floor. Three stone steps lead up to the entrance, and the bedrooms are on the ground and second floors.

Eastern Green Beach is 0.9 miles away, Long Rock Beach is 1.3 miles and Marazion Beach is 2.5 miles, so three sandy stretches of Mount's Bay sit within a short drive. Gulval itself is a hillside village about a mile from Penzance, overlooking the bay and St Michael's Mount, with a part-Norman medieval church and the Coldstreamer Inn's south-facing beer garden for an evening out.

Friday is the changeover day.

**Best for:** Larger families or groups of friends wanting hot tub and pool access outside the winter closure, a rear terrace and a base close to Mount's Bay.

**Less good for:** Guests needing a confirmed bed arrangement before booking.
