Bodmin Country House is a seven-bedroom property near the village of Lanivet, roughly 3 miles southwest of Bodmin in central Cornwall. With space for 14 guests and 7 en-suite bathrooms, it suits large family gatherings or group holidays.

The first floor has five bedrooms - including a four-poster king-size with its own balcony, two super-king doubles (one with balcony), and two twins. Two ground-floor bedrooms with en-suite facilities make the property accessible for guests with limited mobility. A conservatory sitting area extends from one of the ground-floor rooms. The house has WiFi, 8 TVs, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

Outside, the garden has a lawn, patio furniture, and a hot tub. The property is part of the Waterside Cornwall site, which also has coarse fishing on two lakes, outdoor tennis courts (summer season), FootGolf, and escape rooms. Ample off-road parking is provided.

Lanivet's central position puts Carlyon Bay beach 7.2 miles away and Charlestown - the Georgian harbour known as a Poldark filming location - at 7.5 miles. The Eden Project is roughly 5 miles southeast, and Lanhydrock, a National Trust Victorian house with extensive gardens, is about 3 miles east. The Camel Trail cycling route can be picked up at nearby Bodmin or Wadebridge.
