Bodmin Country House is a seven-bedroom property near the village of Lanivet, roughly 3 miles southwest of Bodmin in central Cornwall. With space for 14 guests and 7 en-suite bathrooms, it suits large family gatherings or group holidays.

Lanivet's central position puts Carlyon Bay beach 11.6 km away and Charlestown - the Georgian harbour known as a Poldark filming location - at 12 km. The Eden Project is roughly 5 miles southeast, and Lanhydrock, a National Trust Victorian house with extensive gardens, is about 3 miles east. The Camel Trail cycling route can be picked up at nearby Bodmin or Wadebridge.
