Boslandew House

Boslandew House is a seven-bedroom Victorian house in Paul near Mousehole, sleeping 12 across two floors. The house combines an open fire with a private heated indoor swimming pool, a rare pairing this far into west Cornwall.

The seven bedrooms comprise a king-size, a double, a large four-foot single, two twins, a single and a bunk room. Only two bathrooms serve the full group of 12, worth planning around before arrival. The bedrooms, both bathrooms and a cloakroom with a WC are all on the first floor. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a washing machine are included, but there is no verified step-free access.

The large garden includes an orchard and panoramic farmland views. Parking is provided and up to two dogs can stay. Mousehole Beach is 0.6 miles away, Lamorna Cove is 2 miles and Eastern Green Beach 2.9 miles from the house. Penzance is about 2.5 miles away for a wider choice of shops and restaurants, and Mousehole's own harbour and Wild Bird Hospital are a short walk from the village end of the parish.

**Best for:** a large family or group gathering wanting a private indoor pool, garden and seven separate bedrooms.

**Less good for:** groups wanting generous bathroom provision or step-free accommodation.
