Bretagne

Bretagne is a three-bedroom cottage for six in Cadgwith, a working fishing cove on the eastern side of the Lizard where boats are still winched up the beach by capstan. The bedrooms comprise a king, a super-king zip-link that converts to twins, and a bunk room, giving the group several sleeping configurations across two bathrooms.

A vaulted ceiling shapes the main living space, with a wood burner below for cooler evenings. The terrace has a BBQ and outdoor dining space, and there's a garden too. WiFi, parking and a dishwasher are included, and up to two dogs can stay, but there is no washing machine and no EV charging.

Cadgwith Beach is 300 metres away. Cadgwith has no shop of its own - the nearest is in Lizard village - but there's a seasonal cafe and the Cadgwith Cove Inn, known for its Friday night singing sessions on the terrace facing the beach. Kynance Cove is 2.4 miles away and Mullion Cove is 3.8 miles away. The coast path passes through the village, reaching the Devil's Frying Pan, a collapsed sea cave, in about 10 minutes on foot.
