Burncoose House is a Georgian manor on 30 acres of mature gardens near Gwennap in central Cornwall, sleeping up to 14 guests across 7 bedrooms - each with its own en-suite bathroom fitted with bath, shower cubicle and underfloor heating. The property is priced from GBP 3,299 per night and suits large group celebrations or family gatherings.

The house retains its period character with high ceilings, large sash windows and open fires in the reception rooms. A dining room seats up to 16, and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The drawing room has a library, and a garden conservatory with sound system serves as a party space. Table tennis can be set up in the rear hall or courtyard. A hot tub with LED lighting sits in the grounds, and a BBQ and wood burner are available.
