Casa Al Mare is a three-bedroom house in Constantine Bay sleeping six across a super-king (zip-and-link, convertible to twin), a king, and a double bedroom, with two bathrooms and sea views visible from most of the principal rooms. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has a contemporary layout with neutral tones, and a garden with BBQ faces the direction of the water.

Treyarnon Bay, a sand and rock beach with National Trust-managed cliffs above, is 800 metres on foot. Constantine Bay - one of North Cornwall's more exposed surf beaches - is 900 metres, and Harlyn Bay (family-friendly, calmer water) is 1.1 miles. All three are reachable in under 15 minutes on foot from the house, giving options depending on conditions and group preference.

St Merryn village is around 1.2 miles for a pub and basic provisions. Padstow, with its harbour fish restaurants and the Camel Trail cycling route, is around 4.3 miles by road. Rock and Polzeath are accessible via the Padstow ferry and a short drive north.

This suits a group of six looking for a sea-facing house with multiple beaches within walking distance and the flexibility to mix surf days with calmer family beach time.
