Cider Press Cottage

Cider Press Cottage stands in the village of Crafthole, on the south-east Cornwall coast, not far from Antony. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a king-size with a Juliet balcony and an en-suite walk-in shower, a second king-size and a twin. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting space has a woodburning stove, and the rent includes a starter pack for it along with fuel, power, bed linen and towels. The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and WiFi, and the heating is oil-fired central heating.

The garden has a lawn, a patio with furniture and a barbecue, and the cottage has lake views. A private driveway takes two cars. The beach is 0.6 miles away, a lake 1 mile, and the shop and pub are both 1.2 miles. One well-behaved pet is welcome. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be arranged.

Changeovers are on Mondays or Fridays only, and smoking is not allowed. A welcome pack is provided. The cottage suits two families or friends who want separate bedrooms, and with all three bedrooms upstairs it is less good for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
