Copperhouse St Erth

Copperhouse St Erth is one of four barn conversions on a family-run arable farm near St Erth. It sleeps two adults and one child. The main bedroom has a super king, while the single bed is suitable only for a child under ten because its limited length will not accommodate an adult. One bathroom serves the property.

The downstairs bedroom and bathroom may reduce stair use, but step-free access should not be assumed. A private patio has garden furniture and a BBQ. The utility room also holds a microwave and freezer, and the main bedroom has an en-suite with a shower over the bath. Parking, EV charging and a dishwasher are included, and one dog is allowed. A washer/dryer is in the utility room; WiFi is unavailable.

Porthkidney Beach is 2 miles away, Carbis Bay is 2.9 miles away and Gwithian Towans is 3.8 miles away. Hayle is about a mile away, and its large sandy beach and direct access to the South West Coast Path are within reach. St Ives is a short drive away. The nearby A30 supports wider trips, though no journey times are promised.

**Best for:** Two adults and a young child wanting a farm base with a patio, parking, EV charging and one dog.

**Less good for:** Three adults, or anyone who needs step-free access.
