Countryside View

Countryside View is a one-bedroom barn conversion for two on a hilltop working farm near Lansallos. The reverse-level layout places the double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The double bedroom has a TV, and the bathroom has an electric shower and a heated towel rail. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen and lounge opens onto a balcony with countryside and distant sea views.

The living space has a stove-effect fire, not a confirmed wood burner. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and barbecue are included. Dogs are not accepted. An enclosed garden provides private outdoor space. A washer/dryer is in the utility room.

This is one of five properties on the farm. Guests can feed ducks, fish at the wildlife pond and use shared facilities including tennis, badminton nets, picnic tables and a lawn. Lekerock Cove Beach and Talland Bay are both recorded 1.5 miles away. Polperro is 1 mile along the lane. The Lansallos guide covers the local village and coast.

**Best for:** a couple wanting farm activities, countryside and distant sea views, shared sports facilities and an enclosed garden. **Less good for:** guests who struggle with stairs, need step-free access, or expect complete seclusion or a beach immediately outside. Bring sturdy shoes if you plan to walk the nearby lanes after rain.
