Crumpet Cottage

Crumpet Cottage is a traditional Cornish terraced cottage on a quiet lane in Mylor Bridge, a village set on a tidal creek off the Fal Estuary. The two-bedroom cottage sleeps four and works well for couples or a small family looking for a base close to both Falmouth and Truro, each around 15 minutes away by car.

Inside, the cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bathroom, with a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. The accessible layout and welcoming sitting room make it a comfortable place to regroup after a day out, and dogs are welcome throughout.

Outside there is a private garden, with parking nearby. Mylor Harbour sits around 2 miles away and is known for sailing, kayaking and the waterside Pandora Inn. Falmouth, under 5 miles away, has its own group of beaches including Gyllyngvase and Swanpool. The coastal path along the estuary passes within walking distance of the village.

Mylor Bridge has a handful of local amenities on the doorstep and is well placed for the Roseland, the cathedral city of Truro 8 miles away and the Coast to Coast cycle trail starting at Bissoe. National Trust gardens at Trelissick and Glendurgan are both within easy reach for quieter days.
