Fairways is a five-bedroom house near Poughill, sleeping 10 across two king-size rooms, two doubles and one zip-and-link twin that converts to a super-king on request. Four bathrooms serve the group, a generous ratio for a party this size.

The main lounge has a wood burner and floor-to-ceiling glazed doors onto the garden. Distant sea views reach the property, and a private hot tub plus a games room in the converted garage give guests things to do without leaving the grounds. Parking for three cars, a dishwasher and the garden are included. There's no Wi-Fi or washing machine, so this suits a self-catering stay without heavy connectivity or laundry needs. Up to three dogs are welcome, and host Robert manages the booking.
