Farrier Cottage

Farrier Cottage is a single-storey home for two in the grounds of Penmorvah Manor Hotel, in Budock Water near Falmouth. Budock Water has a pub 0.1 mile from the door and a shop 0.8 miles away.

Everything is on one floor. The open-plan living room holds the kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area with Freeview TV, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is one double bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, guests share a courtyard patio and can walk in the hotel's six-acre garden. The hotel lounge, bar and restaurant are open to guests, EV charging is available, and off-road parking takes two cars.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, with a nightly pet charge collected at reception. Smoking is not allowed. Four other cottages on the estate can be booked alongside this one, for a party of up to 14 in total. It suits couples, with or without a dog, and with a single bedroom it is less good for anyone planning to bring children.
