Helford is a four-bedroom barn conversion on Treverva Farm, a rural smallholding near Penryn in south Cornwall. The property occupies an attached farm building with reverse-level living - bedrooms on the ground floor, open-plan living space above - designed to take advantage of views over Argal Reservoir and the surrounding farmland.

The ground floor has four bedrooms, each with zip-link beds that convert between king-size and twin configurations. Two bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and a shared bathroom serves the remaining two. Upstairs, the open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen sit under the original barn roof timbers. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the property is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor.

Outside, a private garden leads to the hot tub, and parking is available on the farm drive. Maenporth Beach, a sheltered south-facing sandy cove near Falmouth, is 2.3 miles away. Swanpool Beach, with its adjacent nature reserve, is 2.8 miles. A grass tennis court on the farm is shared between the holiday properties, with rackets and balls provided.

Constantine village sits on a ridge above the Helford River, about 5 miles southwest of Falmouth. Trebah and Glendurgan gardens are roughly 2 miles east, and the Cornish Seal Sanctuary at Gweek is 3 miles south. Falmouth itself - with the National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle, and a working harbour - is a 15-minute drive.
