Outside, a private garden leads to the hot tub, and parking is available on the farm drive. Maenporth Beach, a sheltered south-facing sandy cove near Falmouth, is 3.7km away. Swanpool Beach, with its adjacent nature reserve, is 4.5km. A grass tennis court on the farm is shared between the holiday properties, with rackets and balls provided.

Constantine village sits on a ridge above the Helford River, about 5 miles southwest of Falmouth. Trebah and Glendurgan gardens are roughly 2 miles east, and the Cornish Seal Sanctuary at Gweek is 3 miles south. Falmouth itself - with the National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle, and a working harbour - is a 15-minute drive.
