Constantine Willow Barn is a single-storey three-bedroom barn conversion in the parish of Constantine, about 5 miles southwest of Falmouth. The property sleeps six across one double and two twin bedrooms, welcomes up to five dogs, and has a woodburner, EV charging point, and enclosed garden - a practical setup for dog owners exploring the Helford River area.

The open-plan lounge-diner has comfortable seating arranged around a woodburner set within a feature fireplace, with a Smart TV and CD player. The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, and washer-dryer. The master double bedroom has an en-suite shower and WC; both twin rooms have their own TV and hairdryer. The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, and WC. A complimentary cream tea greets guests on arrival.

The enclosed lawn garden has patio seating and a barbecue - the fenced boundary makes it well suited for dogs. Parking and EV charging are on site. Helford Passage Beach, a sand-and-shingle spot on the Helford River with the Ferryboat Inn and a seasonal foot ferry to Helford village, is 3.7 miles away. Maenporth Beach, a sheltered south-facing cove with calm water for swimming and kayaking, is 4.3 miles.

Constantine sits on a ridge above the Helford River, with footpaths dropping down to the wooded creeks of Port Navas and Polwheveral. Trebah and Glendurgan gardens are about 2 miles east. The Cornish Seal Sanctuary at Gweek is roughly 3 miles south. Falmouth is a 15-minute drive for harbour-front shops and the National Maritime Museum.

Best for dog owners with more than one dog - up to five are welcome in the fenced garden. Less good for a beach-at-the-door stay - the nearest beach is a 3.7-mile drive.
