Linhay Barn

Linhay Barn is a single-storey cottage in Callington, with open countryside views from its front garden and terraced patio. Wooden beams and tiled flooring run through an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, where a 50 inch TV faces the seating.

There are two bedrooms: a super king-size, which is zip-and-link and can be set up as twin on request, and a king. The bathroom has a bath with a hand-held shower, and a separate wet room has a shower. The cottage sleeps four, and that figure includes infants.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The hob is induction, which may interfere with certain pacemakers, and guests with one should check the manufacturer's guidance. WiFi and central heating are included, along with bed linen, towels, fuel and power. Off-road parking takes two vehicles, up to the size of a transit van.

The shop is 2.1 miles away and the pub 2 miles. Saturday changeovers are not possible, pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed. Tavistock is 9 miles from Callington and Plymouth 14.6 miles. The cottage suits a family of four or two couples, and is less good for anyone travelling with a dog.
