Loe Cottage is a two-bedroom property on Loe Bar Road in Porthleven, just 100 metres from the beach. The reverse-level design places the living space upstairs to take advantage of the coastal setting, with bedrooms on the ground floor.

Porthleven Beach is a short walk away, known for powerful winter surf and calmer summer conditions with RNLI lifeguard cover. The harbour area has become one of Cornwall's top food destinations, home to Kota Restaurant and the annual Porthleven Food Festival in April. Porthcew at Rinsey Cove, a National Trust beach with mining heritage visible in the cliffs, is 4.2 km along the coast path. Helston is 3 miles north, and the Lizard is 20 minutes south.
