Atlantic Cottage

Atlantic Cottage is a three bedroom cottage in Porthleven for four guests. One double bedroom and two singles mean a couple plus two children or friends each have a room of their own, while the group shares one bathroom. The traditional exterior is paired with contemporary interior details and natural light throughout. The ground floor is open plan, with the staircase dividing the living area, which has two sofas and a Smart TV, from the kitchen and dining space, and the shower room is upstairs.

WiFi, parking and an enclosed terrace or garden are included. The kitchen has a washer dryer. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave, with a wooden dining table and chairs, and herringbone flooring runs across the open-plan ground floor. Dogs are welcome, and the enclosed terrace is useful for guests travelling with a pet.

Porthleven Beach sits right next to the cottage. Porthcew Rinsey Cove is 2.5 miles away and Gunwalloe Church Cove is 3.5 miles away. Harbour restaurants and the centre of Porthleven are described as close by, giving guests local options without driving.

**Best for:** A family or small group wanting three separate bedrooms, an enclosed terrace, parking and Porthleven Beach beside the property.

**Less good for:** Guests expecting two bathrooms or step-free access.
