Mino Cottage is a two-bedroom property on Fore Street in Port Isaac, the north Cornwall fishing village known as the filming location for ITV's Doc Martin. The cottage sleeps 4 and sits close to the village's 14th-century harbour.

Inside, the sitting room has a woodburning stove, and the king-size bedroom includes a Smart TV and en-suite cloakroom. A second twin bedroom shares the main bathroom, which has a bath with shower over. The kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. WiFi is included throughout.

A multi-level rear garden, accessed via the king-size bedroom, has a terrace, lawn, gravelled area, and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Steps lead from the bedroom door to the terrace, with a ramp connecting to the lawn. Off-road parking is available for 1 car. Port Gaverne Beach, a sheltered cove with calm water for swimming and kayaking, is 600m east. Tregardock Beach, a remote north coast beach with surf and rock formations, is 5.4km along the coast.

Port Isaac has fresh seafood restaurants - including a Michelin-starred establishment - and the Fisherman's Friends sing shanties on the Platt. The South West Coast Path runs in both directions from the village. A shop is 0.3 miles away and the nearest pub 0.1 miles.
