Mordros

Mordros is a five-bedroom house for ten above Greenaway Beach, with sea views reaching out across the countryside from Greenaway, the farming hamlet between Wadebridge and Camelford. A super-king bedroom and two further king rooms sit alongside two twin zip-and-link rooms that convert to super-kings on request, giving five distinct sleeping spaces. Five bathrooms mean each bedroom has its own.

A heated outdoor pool, games room, wood burner and BBQ cover the leisure side of the stay, and the garden gives extra space for a group this size. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and one dog can stay. Host Charlie manages the booking.

Greenaway Beach is 400m away, Daymer Bay is 600m and Polzeath Beach, with its more reliable surf, is 0.7 miles from the house. The Camel Trail cycling and walking route passes within a few miles, and the ferry across to Padstow from Rock is a short drive.
