The bedrooms comprise one super-king room, two super-king zip-and-links that can become twins, one fixed twin and a bunk room with an additional single bed, with three bathrooms serving the group.

Open-plan living and a games room with ping-pong equipment provide indoor gathering space. Outside, a lawned garden and sun deck face beach and estuary views, though the garden is not confirmed enclosed. Daymer Bay is 300 metres away, Greenaway Beach 400 metres and Polzeath Beach 0.9 miles, putting three beaches within easy walking reach. Rock and Padstow, separated by the Camel Estuary, are close by with a year-round ferry crossing between them, and the Camel Trail cycling route passes within a few miles. Wadebridge, the nearest market town, has independent shops, pubs and restaurants along its main street.
