Pentira is a five-bedroom cottage in Kuggar, a hamlet in the southern part of the Lizard, sleeping 10 with 2 bathrooms. The cottage has an open fire in the main living room and a garden with a patio area for outdoor use. Wi-Fi, parking, dishwasher, and washing machine are all included. Two well-behaved pets are welcome.

Cadgwith Beach is 1.2 miles away - a compact cove in a working fishing village where traditional Cornish luggers are still hauled up on the shingle. Kynance Cove is 3.2 miles south - one of the most visited spots on the Lizard, known for its serpentine rock formations and clear water at low tide. Mullion Cove is 3.6 miles, with a National Trust harbour and access to Predannack cliffs.

The location puts you in the quieter, less-trafficked middle of the Lizard rather than on its western tip. Road access is narrow single-track in places, which is worth knowing if you're arriving in a large vehicle. The village of Ruan Minor is 0.6 miles and has a church and a pub. Helston is around 8.7 miles north for larger shops and the famous Flora Day parade in May.

This property suits groups of 8-10 who want a base for serious walking on the South West Coast Path, which is accessible within minutes of the door. Ideal for multi-family groups sharing costs across a larger house. Less good for couples or anyone wanting beach proximity on foot, as most beaches require a short drive. Sunday changeover.
