Redenen House

Redenen House is a detached five-bedroom house for eleven near Launcells and Grimscott, a short drive from Bude. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, a super king zip-link room can convert to twins on request, a further room is a fixed twin, and the fifth combines a double with an additional single. Four bathrooms serve the five bedrooms, so some guests will share. The kitchen has an electric range oven and hob, a microwave, a large American-style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The house sits in expansive grounds down a private farm lane, with contemporary interiors. Play facilities include a tennis court, a games room with snooker and table football, and a games barn. A wood burner and open fire both feature, alongside a garden and BBQ outside. WiFi, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, with ample private off-road parking on the driveway. All five bedrooms are on the first floor, reached by stairs from the entrance hall. Dogs are not accepted.

Summerleaze Beach is 3.8 miles away, Crooklets Beach is 3.9 miles and Northcott Mouth Beach is 4.0 miles, each reachable by a short drive from the farm lane. The A30 nearby supports wider day trips around north Cornwall and into Devon.

**Best for:** larger families wanting play facilities, flexible bed configurations, a tennis court and grounds to spread out in. Guests who need step-free access should check with the owner before booking.

**Less good for:** groups unwilling to share bathrooms between eleven guests, or anyone travelling with a dog.
