Riverbank House

Riverbank House is a six-bedroom house for twelve in Relubbus. Three king bedrooms, two fixed twins and one bunk room provide the sleeping spaces. The merchant describes the accommodation as arranged on one floor, with a floorplan on its page. There are four bathrooms for the twelve guests. The kitchen has a double electric oven, an American-style fridge freezer and a wine cooler, and the lounge has a Smart TV with Netflix and a Sonos speaker system.

The private garden contains a covered hot tub, BBQ lodge, play area and lawn. Indoors there is both a wood burner and an open fire. Parking, EV charging, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and up to three dogs are permitted. The games room has a full-size pool table, an Xbox and a kitchenette, and the driveway has private off-road parking for four cars.

Perranuthnoe Beach is 2.4 miles away. Praa Sands and Prussia Cove are each 2.5 miles away. The house is positioned for driving trips towards St Ives, Hayle and Penzance rather than promising a specific beach on foot.

**Best for:** Large families wanting one-floor accommodation, a hot tub, play space and room for three dogs.

**Less good for:** Groups that require a beach within walking distance. Guests who need step-free access should check with the owner before booking.
