Not ideal for guests who want restaurants and nightlife within walking distance - Sennen is a small village, and the nearest town-level amenities are in Penzance. Friday changeover.

Cape Cornwall is around 3.7 miles north by coastal road - a headland with a former mine chimney and almost no visitor infrastructure, which suits those who want to cover real ground on foot. St Just, the nearest market town, is 2.5 miles inland and has a co-op and a couple of local pubs. With 2 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms the ratio is solid, and the combination of hot tub, EV charging, and enclosed garden covers most of what a winter or shoulder-season group of 6 would want from a single base.
