St Davids Country House

St Davids Country House is a five-bedroom house for ten near Woodford, a farming hamlet a few miles inland from the Atlantic coast close to Bude. Three bedrooms have king-size beds, and two twin rooms can be made up as super-king-size on request. Six bathrooms cover the standard ten-guest capacity, so queuing is rarely an issue.

Four child-size occasional beds and two travel cots can extend the sleeping options for a family group, though these beds are not equivalent to full adult rooms. A hot tub, games room, wood burner and garden are included, alongside WiFi, parking, a dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue and an EV charger. Up to three dogs are welcome, and host Robert manages the booking.

The South West Coast Path is about a mile away, with routes toward Bude and Hartland along cliffs that reach over 400 feet near Morwenstow, Cornwall's most northerly parish. Duckpool Beach is 1.8 miles away, Sandymouth Beach is 2.6 miles and Northcott Mouth Beach is 3.5 miles - all a short drive rather than a walk from the house.
