The Helford River and its wooded creeks are accessible from here without going through town. Frenchman's Creek, Helford village, and the seal sanctuary at Gweek are all within 20 minutes.

Best for groups of mixed ages who want outdoor space and an easy base for exploring the Fal estuary area. Less good for those wanting to walk to the beach - all three nearest beaches require a drive.
