Three-bedroom cottage at Tregiffian on the cliffs above Sennen, 300m from Gwynver Beach. Sleeps six across two floors, with two bathrooms. Sennen Cove village - and the mile-long surf beach below it - is 2.2km along the coast road.

The cottage has accessible features including step-free entry, with full kitchen kit: dishwasher, washing machine, and oven. Three bedrooms work for two couples and two children, or a family of six. WiFi and off-street parking are provided. The garden is enclosed but on the smaller side. No pets at this property.

Gwynver is the wilder, less crowded sister of Sennen Cove - same Atlantic swell, far fewer surfers, no lifeguard cover outside summer months. The Old Success Inn on Sennen Cove is a 25-minute walk, or 5 minutes by car. The coast path north reaches Cape Cornwall and the Botallack engine houses inside 4 miles; Land's End is 1.5 miles south. The Minack Theatre at Porthcurno - 7 miles east - runs cliff-carved performances May to September.

Best for surf-keen families and anyone with limited mobility wanting a true beachside base. Less good for dog owners (no pets allowed) or guests wanting to walk to the village pub without a steep return.
