The Cornwall Garden Society Spring Flower Show returns to the Royal Cornwall Showground near Wadebridge on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 April 2027. The society confirmed the dates in its round-up of the 2026 show, both in its chairman’s closing remarks and in the article’s own sign-off.
The 2026 edition drew around 5,000 visitors across the weekend on the theme of “Regeneration”, opened by the landscape architect Robert Myers. Its show gardens explored ecological restoration and sustainable planting, with the Banham Cup for best show garden going to Alford & Sowter Landscapes for a spa garden built around a Nordic-style sauna.
The competitive classes are the heart of the show and are free to enter, open to members and non-members alike. They cover horticulture, floral art and photography, with a novice section for first-time exhibitors. Classes run across camellias, magnolias, rhododendrons, daffodils, alpines and pot plants - the plants Cornish gardens are known for, shown at the point in spring when they peak.

Admission: 2027 prices are not yet published. Advance, on-the-door, member and weekend rates have differed between editions, so check the society’s show page before travelling. Entering the competitive classes is free.
Programme: Show gardens, specialist nurseries, trade stands and the Tipi Talks speaker programme, curated with the Eden Project, are the established format. The 2027 theme, speakers and traders will come with the new schedule.
