Taste of Scilly ran from Friday 11 to Sunday 20 September 2026, and 2027 dates have not been announced yet. The ten-day programme brings island producers, growers, fishers and hospitality businesses together through meals, tastings, tours and food-led trips across the archipelago.
The official travel partner highlights wildlife-watching yacht trips with refreshments, sunset lobster evenings, pop-up dining, locally made picnics, honey and vineyard visits, and tastings of island-distilled drinks. These are examples from the 2026 festival information, but each activity has its own date, capacity and booking arrangement.
Visitor information
Dates: 2027 dates not yet announced. The 2026 festival ran Friday 11 to Sunday 20 September.
Venue: Participating locations on the inhabited islands. The festival is not confined to one field, hall or town, so confirm the island before booking travel or accommodation.
Admission: Mixed. Some listings are ordinary food purchases while tours, meals and limited-capacity experiences may need advance booking and separate payment. There is no single all-programme admission price; tours, meals and limited-capacity experiences are booked separately.
Travel: Isles of Scilly Travel offered a festival travel discount for Scillonian III and Skybus Land’s End journeys during the 2026 festival; check its terms for the next edition before booking, since routes and eligibility matter.
Planning: Build the day around inter-island boat times when an activity is away from your accommodation island. Evening events can finish after the usual daytime boat pattern, so do not assume a same-day return without checking the operator.
